Can PVC pipe be used for a gin box or will the heat (vaper) cause the PVC to break down??

I would stick with metal here. A 1 quart new paint can will work fine but keep it clean and dry do it doesn't rust. You can solder in hose fittings with silver solder.

It quit on me again and i have no alcohol percent in the wash after 3-4 weeks. This recpie dont work with ec1118. Im scrapping this rum project and sticking to Als recipes. Maybe Al can whoop up a rum recipe in Part 3 of his video collection.
